These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and w33gam ("w33gam," "the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at w33gam.com ("the Platform").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any service offered by w33gam. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the w33gam Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are equally binding on registered users of the Platform.

Access to and use of the w33gam Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. w33gam is strictly an adult platform. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register, access, or use any service on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of any third party, and the funds you deposit are your own lawfully obtained funds.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is lawfully accessible to you as an individual, and you have satisfied yourself that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you personally.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the w33gam platform or on any other gambling exclusion register that applies to you.
• You are not currently employed by, or otherwise connected to, any organisation that provides games, software, or services to w33gam, where such connection creates a conflict of interest with your use of the Platform.
• You have not previously had a w33gam account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

To access the real-money features of the w33gam Platform, you must register an account. By completing the registration process, you agree to the following:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one and only one w33gam account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of these Terms. w33gam uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the oldest verified account may be permanently closed, and any associated balances or bonus funds forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a ground for immediate account termination. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

w33gam is required under its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification (KYC) on account holders. This process may require you to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a CNIC or Passport) and proof of address. KYC may be triggered at registration, at the first withdrawal request, or at any time w33gam deems necessary. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your w33gam account at any time by contacting the Support team. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and the resulting balance will be made available for withdrawal to a verified payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions.

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security of your w33gam account. Your login credentials — comprising your username or email address and your password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person for any reason.

• You must notify w33gam immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your login credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you and treated as authorised unless and until you have reported a security breach to w33gam Support and the account has been suspended.
• w33gam will never request your password through any channel, including SMS, email, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from w33gam and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is available for all accounts and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA is the single most effective step you can take to protect your w33gam login from unauthorised access.
• w33gam applies automated brute-force protection. Multiple consecutive failed login attempts will trigger a temporary account lockout and an SMS alert to your registered Pakistani mobile number.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on w33gam are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. w33gam does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and review for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. w33gam targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request but does not guarantee processing times, which may be affected by banking partner processing schedules, public holidays, and compliance review requirements.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

w33gam operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. w33gam may request source-of-funds documentation at any time, particularly in relation to large deposits or withdrawal requests. Funds deposited to a w33gam account may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used for deposit to that account or to an alternative verified account in the same name. w33gam reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse transactions that raise AML concerns, and to report such concerns to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

5.4 Dormant Account Fees

An account that has had no login or transactional activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. w33gam may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the current fee schedule available in the Help Centre. You will receive notification by email or SMS before any dormancy fee is first applied.

w33gam offers various promotional offers to its registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published with the relevant offer:

• Bonus offers are only available to eligible players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Eligibility criteria may include account age, deposit history, game type, or geographic restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• w33gam reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited to an account and in the process of being wagered in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse the w33gam bonus system, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or using technical strategies designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to account closure.
• Where w33gam determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or specific promotion terms, w33gam reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount and any winnings generated by the use of that bonus from the account balance.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the w33gam Platform, including cricket (PSL, Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, and ICC tournaments), football, tennis, and other sports markets offered:

• All bets placed on w33gam are final once confirmed. w33gam will display a confirmation screen and/or send an SMS confirmation of each accepted bet. You are responsible for verifying bet details before confirming.
• w33gam reserves the right to void bets placed on events where result manipulation, match-fixing, or other forms of corruption are suspected or confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• Bets will be settled according to the official result as recognised by the relevant sporting governing body. Where a result is subject to an official sporting appeal or review at the time of settlement, w33gam may delay final settlement pending the outcome of that review.
• w33gam reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market, and to refuse any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects the bet is placed in connection with insider information or corrupt activity.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the time of bet confirmation, not the odds displayed at the time the bet was first initiated. Network latency, particularly for mobile users in Pakistan, does not constitute grounds for bet void or stake refund where the bet has been confirmed by the system.
• If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 36 hours of its original scheduled start time, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.

The following general rules apply to all casino games on the w33gam Platform, including live dealer games, slot games, the Money Wheel, and any other casino-format product offered:

• All games available on w33gam use certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes — real cards, wheels, and balls — operated by professional dealers in licensed studio environments.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is disclosed in the game's information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-run expected payout and do not guarantee outcomes in individual sessions.
• In the event of a system error, communication failure, or software malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to your account. w33gam is not liable for any loss of winnings attributed to a technical fault.

w33gam is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all w33gam account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through the Account Settings section. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Controls: You may set session time reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play. These alerts are displayed within the gaming interface and cannot be dismissed without the user actively acknowledging them.
• Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude your account for a minimum period of 24 hours up to a permanent exclusion at any time through Account Settings or by contacting Support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and no promotional communications will be sent. Exclusion periods cannot be reduced or reversed during their duration.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w33gam Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register an account in circumstances where that person is ineligible.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using automated means, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games.
• Exploiting any software error, vulnerability, or technical loophole to obtain winnings or bonuses outside the normal rules of play. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Placing bets based on information not available to the general public, including match-fixing arrangements, insider information regarding sporting events, or advance knowledge of outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a w33gam account.
• Engaging in any conduct, communication, or activity intended to harass, intimidate, or cause distress to w33gam staff or other platform users.

All content on the w33gam Platform — including but not limited to the w33gam brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of w33gam or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of w33gam. Unauthorised use of w33gam's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w33gam's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your w33gam account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w33gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of winnings arising from any technical failure, interruption of service, or error in game or bet settlement, whether or not w33gam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

w33gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

w33gam takes the security of your personal and financial data seriously and employs industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect it, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your browser and the Platform. w33gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the cost of using the Platform — w33gam will provide notice of the changes via SMS to your registered mobile number and/or email to your registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or licensing authority direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.4 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which w33gam holds its operational licence. w33gam operates under international gaming licensing provisions applicable to its operations.

In the event of any dispute between you and w33gam, you agree to first contact w33gam Support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process prescribed by w33gam's licensing authority.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence, or your right to refer a complaint to a relevant regulatory authority.
